We want you to be 100% happy with your Figu kit.
If your kit arrives damaged or missing pieces, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost. Because our products are personalized/custom kits, we can only accept returns for unused, non-customized items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
